Shipping times and prices might vary depending on the items and third-party services (for example, courier delivery services). These variables are subject to change without prior notice and we are not responsible for these changes.
Processing your order might take up to 3 working days but not limited to this.
We are pleased to offer global returns to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.
You are responsible to pay for return courier delivery.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the item. Your returned item must arrive at ZZ Furs no later than 14 days after your delivery date.
You can return the item only if it is manufacture faulty. No other returns will be accepted.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged (no other damage shall be present apart from manufacture fault) and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of personalised and monogrammed items, returns, changes or cancellations are only possible at the discretion of ZZ Furs, unless the customised items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
You will get refund within one week after the item reached our office and has been checked on faulties.
